The Russian destroyer was actually a Russian Patrol Frigate based in Cuba. It was Patrol Vessel 356 until just before her sinking when she was named the Dive Captain Keith Tibbetts

Sunk in 1996
Last passenger on ship – Jean Michelle Cousteau
Armament – Two 5” deck gun.

Reef Divers, Cayman Brac visit the Destroyer almost daily, and occasionally will dive her at night.  The Cayman Aggressor live-aboard usually dives her weekly.  When conditions are right, she can be dove from shore.

 Moonzir Butt Wins! Mr. CHIN International Bikini 201l chosen today at the Scotiabank CHIN International Picnic,  the Bandshell, CNE Grounds, Toronto. WINNER: This year’s winner is 22-year old Moonzir Butt.  The Oakville native beat out 14 other contestants in this evening’s outdoor competition. Second prize was awarded to 29-year old John Burdo and third place went to Troy Campbell. The Trinidad Guardian says that it “is a crime so epidemic that Trinidad ranks second in the world only behind Colombia for its rate of abductions”.
